“The service was extremely disappointing. From the moment we were seated, we ordered four drinks from the girl who showed us to our table—and then were left waiting for over 20 minutes. I eventually had to go to the bar myself, only to find the drinks sitting on a tray, completely unattended. There was no sign of the girl who took our order, and no communication or apology. Unfortunately, the same issues continued throughout the evening. Drinks and food were slow to arrive, and empty plates were left sitting on our table far too long. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, the service did not reflect the standard you’d expect from a place like this. While we could see one waiter running between tables doing their best, it was clear the staff were stretched too thin and the overall service was chaotic and poorly managed. It really let the whole experience down.”

“Food was nice and fair price. Service was very slow/non existent. We ordered main courses and when they arrived ordered extra drinks. Had to remind staff about water ordered. Then when finished our plates were cleared without a word. We waited to see if we would be offered dessert menu/bill or even asked if meal was OK. No further service. We then decided to make our way to bar ourselves and pay. We would have loved to try dessert but after 45 mins of being ignored (on a quiet Tuesday evening) we'd had enough of waiting. Staff seemed too busy speaking to each other or friends.”

“Mixed feelings about this place. Visited May 17th with family as a party of 7. Food was prompt and staff attentive. Food was warm, kids meal great, however would grumble about portion size vs value for money. I personally had the chicken burger and it was very small- a chicken breast cut 2-3 times length ways to make a thin burger. Needs reviewed or recommend you just go with the beef burger.”

“Very nice Restaurant with good athmosphere. The lunch had a good price, not so expensive, for staying in the middle of the city. Tip: The Clubsandwich or the Steaksandwich. Both of them are delicious.”
